RFP ATI-057 Trade Promotion Service Provider (TPSP) for preparing and coordinating the 68th Summer Fancy Food (SFF) show and associated events for Southern Africa delegation Activity.

ATI is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW) and Budget Template to support the implementation of DAI’s Africa Trade and Investment (ATI) Program to support work under Trade Promotion Service Provider (TPSP) for preparing and coordinating the 68th Summer Fancy Food (SFF) show and associated events for Southern Africa delegation Activity.

Questions must be submitted no later than 6:00PM East Africa Time (10:00AM Eastern Standard Time) on March 18, 2024, via email to ATI_Procurement@atiprogram.com.

In order to submit a proposal, offerors must have at least initiated the process to obtain a SAM (System for Award Management) (System for Award Management) UEID (Unique Entity ID). If the UEID has not yet been issued, offerors should note that in the submission and update ATI at ATI_Procurement@dai.com once it is issued. Please limit file submissions to 10 megabytes or less.

Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement.
